All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered for any items sold on this site.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered for "shipped items" (i.e. paperback books) that have been damaged in route during shipping. PDF downloads/eBooks are excluded from the exchange policy. Upon receipt of the delivered book/s, consumers have 5 business days to request an exchange via email.
Damages or issues
If products arrive damaged (i.e. paperback book cover torn or damaged, pages torn, Etc.) and you would like to "exchange" the damaged product/s for new replacement product/s (i.e. the same title, paperback book), please click on the "Contact Us" link in the side menu. Exchange shipping fees
The consumer is responsible for returning the damaged book/s and the return shipping fee. Upon receipt of the damaged book/s, the consumer will receive a FREE downloadable PDF of the paperback book they originally purchased. In addition, a new paperback book/s (withe the same title) will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE within 8 business days after receipt of the returned item/s.
